BETA Programme
School BETA Participation Notice
Last updated 2026-09-15
dAIologue is in active development ahead of public launch. This notice explains what taking part as a school means, before you register one.
How a school joins
- Every school application is read by a person. Nothing is created automatically — your school and its admin account only exist once we have approved the application.
- During the BETA we set each school up individually, so we will usually talk to you about what you need before anything is configured.
- Places are limited and there is no fixed end date at this stage. We will tell you if the BETA period is closing or if your access changes.
What your school gets
- A school admin dashboard for classes, rooms, timetable, teachers, students and messages.
- The ordinary teacher dashboard for delivery, reachable from the same account — so a school runs two dashboards, not one.
- Early access to features before they reach the public, and a direct line to us about what should change.
What to expect
- You will meet features that are unfinished, that change without notice, or that occasionally do not work as expected. That is the nature of a BETA test, not a fault in it.
- We may ask from time to time that your staff try a specific feature and tell us how it went.
- Please plan your teaching on the basis that this is pre-release software.
Your staff and your students
Registering a school does not agree to anything on behalf of the people in it. Each group sees and accepts its own terms:
- Teachers at your school use the same teacher application as any other teacher, and accept the BETA Teacher Agreement when their account is set up.
- Students see the Student BETA Participation Notice when they register, and agree to it themselves.
- Telling your staff, your students and — where relevant — their parents or guardians that the school is taking part remains the school's responsibility, in line with your own policies.
What we collect
While your school is taking part we may collect:
- Which features are used and how often, so we can find and fix problems and understand what is confusing or missing.
- Any feedback your staff or students send us about features they tried.
We do not sell this information and we do not share it with anyone outside dAIologue, other than what is needed to run the platform itself.
Ending it
- Taking part is voluntary. Your school can tell us at any time that it wants to stop.
- We will confirm what happens to your school's data when you do, and will not delete anything without telling you first.
Agreement to take part in BETA testing is given digitally during registration, not on this page.
